Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about creating content, connecting accounts, scheduling posts, and growing with Socrazi.

Getting started

Do I need to warm up my account before posting?

Socrazi does not require a waiting period or a daily scrolling routine. Complete your profile, decide who you want to reach, and start sharing original content at a pace you can maintain. Reading and joining relevant conversations can help you understand your audience, but scrolling or liking posts does not guarantee distribution for your own content.

Why are my first posts getting low or zero views?

First check that the post is actually live on the platform, with the intended visibility, and that processing has finished. Review account notices and any recommendation-eligibility messages in the platform itself. Low views alone do not diagnose a shadow ban. A failed publication in Socrazi and a live post receiving little attention need different fixes.

What should I do in the first few weeks?

Choose one audience, a few problems you can help with, and two formats to test. Start with a manageable schedule, such as three posts a week, and review the results weekly. Use Socrazi to prepare drafts, plan posts in Calendar, and compare the metrics available in Analytics. Adjust the pace based on what you can produce well and how people respond.

Do I need an existing audience?

No minimum follower count is required to use Socrazi. Your connected accounts still need to meet each platform’s eligibility and permission requirements. Start with a clear audience and useful content, then learn from the response rather than waiting to reach a follower milestone.

Creating content

What content can I create with Socrazi?

Create standard posts with text, images, or video for compatible connected accounts. Socrazi also has TikTok slideshow and green-screen meme creation and automation workflows. TikTok slideshows are a TikTok-specific format. Available media and publishing options vary by destination, so check each account’s preview and requirements before scheduling.

When should I use a slideshow?

Use a slideshow for a checklist, comparison, or lesson that benefits from a sequence. Make the first slide explain the value, give each slide one job, and finish with a relevant next step. The format makes structured information easy to read; it does not guarantee views, saves, or sales.

What about text-led videos and hook-and-demo content?

Text-led video can explain a short idea or story; a product demo can show a workflow or result. Keep text readable on a phone and use a screen recording or your own footage to demonstrate one task. Upload your finished video to Socrazi and select compatible destinations for publishing.

When should I use a green-screen meme?

Use a reaction and a background to make a relatable problem or an expectation-versus-reality moment clear. Socrazi’s green-screen meme workflow lets you configure the media and text and preview the result. Choose a tone that fits your brand and make sure you have the rights to the assets you use.

Can I generate my own AI avatars in Socrazi?

Socrazi does not currently offer a dedicated custom AI avatar generator. You can upload a finished video made with another tool if you have permission to use it. Check the destination platform’s disclosure requirements for AI-generated content before publishing.

Can I adapt trending content from another niche?

Yes—study the audience problem and the way an idea is explained, then use your own examples, wording, and media. Socrazi’s Track Accounts helps you research public creator or competitor activity, and Trend to Post can create posts using your selected creators and criteria. These workflows do not recreate another creator’s video or avatar shot for shot.

Can I upload my own images and videos?

Yes. Add images or videos in the post editor. Accepted file types, sizes, durations, and media counts depend on the destination. Follow the validation shown in the editor and review each account’s preview before scheduling.

Does editing a post use a save or create a new post?

Socrazi does not use a per-save allowance where every media change consumes a save. Open a draft to edit and save it; duplicate a post when you want a separate version. Published posts have editing restrictions, and changing content in Socrazi does not mean an existing social post will be updated. Recheck the destinations and timing after editing a scheduled post.

Can I request more content formats?

Use Give feedback in your profile menu to share the format, what you want to make, and an example. The editor and Automations menu show the workflows currently available. A request is not a promise of a release date.

Slideshows for your business

Would slideshows work for a Shopify app?

Yes. Start with a merchant problem: “5 settings to check before opening your store” or “3 support workflows worth simplifying.” Show where your app helps using real screenshots or examples. Only mention revenue or growth figures you can substantiate; if you do not have results to share, demonstrate the workflow instead.

What slideshow format would suit my business?

Start with a useful list: three checks, five common mistakes, or what to know before choosing a tool. Introduce the problem on the first slide and explain one point on each following slide. Choose the format around a real customer question and what the reader will learn, rather than assuming a particular format guarantees engagement.

Where should I source photos for slideshows?

Use your own photography, product screenshots you have permission to share, or stock assets licensed for your intended use. Pinterest, Tumblr, and Instagram can help you collect visual inspiration, but finding an image there does not give you permission to republish it. Check the source and license for each asset, including commercial-use conditions.

Can I repurpose a TikTok slideshow for other platforms?

You can reuse the idea and structure, but Socrazi’s TikTok slideshow is a TikTok publishing format. For another network, prepare a compatible image post or upload a video version you have made. An image carousel and a video are different formats; check the destination’s editor preview and requirements rather than assuming the TikTok post transfers unchanged.

Does my business type change the strategy?

Choose networks based on where your customers look for information and what helps them decide. Even within B2B, a written explanation, a product demo, and a short video can serve different purposes. Start with one or two networks and judge useful enquiries and conversations alongside reach.

Planning and improving

How many times a day should I post?

There is no single best posting frequency for every account or network. Start with a sustainable plan—for example, three useful posts a week—and increase it if you can maintain quality and the results justify it. A publishing goal is different from a platform’s posting limit. Use Socrazi’s Calendar to plan a pace you can keep.

How soon will I see results, or consistently reach 1,000 views?

There is no guaranteed timeline or view threshold, including 500 or 1,000 views. Treat the first month as a learning period: test specific topics and openings, then compare several similar posts. Look at available engagement metrics and meaningful responses or enquiries alongside views. Socrazi helps you manage the work and review results; it cannot guarantee reach or revenue.

Can I post the same content across platforms?

Yes. Select compatible connected accounts, start with shared content, then customize captions, media, or publishing formats per account. Check aspect ratios, text limits, and music rights for every destination. Some formats, including TikTok slideshows, are specific to one platform.

How should I mention my product?

Lead with a problem your audience recognizes and show your product when it helps explain the solution. Test useful examples with a subtle mention alongside posts with a clear next step, such as viewing a demo. Keep claims accurate and give each post one relevant call to action.

Should I use hashtags?

If you use them, choose tags that accurately describe the topic and audience. Prioritize a clear caption and opening over a pile of unrelated trending tags. No fixed hashtag count guarantees reach; test relevant tags on each network and compare the results.

Should I stick to one content format per account?

Start by testing a small set of formats for the same audience, such as an explanation, a demo, and a slideshow. Repeat the formats that people respond to and that you can produce consistently. Changing the audience and the format at the same time makes it harder to learn what helped.

What if I run out of ideas?

Collect customer questions, support conversations, product updates, and common mistakes. Turn one useful question into a checklist, a demonstration, and a short opinion. Track Accounts can help with research, but add your own experience and evidence rather than duplicating another creator’s post.

Does posting time matter?

Test a few times when your audience is likely to be available and compare results over similar periods. Check the timezone when scheduling. YouTube says publish time is not known to affect a video’s long-term performance; there is no universal best hour across networks.

Accounts and brands

How many social accounts can I connect?

Per brand, Starter includes up to 12 connected accounts (2 per platform), and Growth includes up to 30 (5 per platform). Socrazi supports X, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. These are connected-account allowances, not daily posting quotas.

How do I add another social account?

Select the correct brand, open Settings, then Integrations, and use the connection button for the platform. Complete authorization and choose the intended profile, page, or channel. Repeat for additional accounts within your plan’s total and per-platform allowances.

Can I manage another business or client?

Yes. Create another brand from the brand switcher to keep its connected accounts, calendar, and team separate. Billing and paid-feature access belong to each brand. A Growth subscription for one brand does not automatically activate paid features for every other brand.

Which TikTok or Instagram account type should I use?

Choose the account type that fits your business and check the requirements in the connection flow. Instagram API publishing requires a professional account, either Business or Creator. Music permissions also depend on how you use a track: check commercial-use rights for product promotions instead of assuming a personal or creator account clears every sound.

Do I need a YouTube Brand Account?

A Brand Account concerns how a YouTube channel is owned and managed. When connecting YouTube to Socrazi, authorize the intended channel and verify its name afterward. Having permission to manage a channel does not necessarily mean that the same role can authorize every third-party integration.

Should I buy accounts or create lots of pages to get started?

No. Connect accounts you or your client legitimately own and are authorized to manage. Start with one brand and a manageable publishing plan. If a connection flow keeps choosing the wrong account, check the platform’s signed-in session, then authorize the intended account and verify the connected profile name.

How many team members can I add?

Starter and Growth include unlimited team members. Open Settings → Members for the correct brand to invite them. Administrators and members have different permissions, so assign the role that matches what each person needs to do.

How do I cancel my subscription?

As a brand owner or administrator, open that brand’s Settings → Plans, choose Cancel plan, and confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with paid access continuing until then. Subscriptions are per brand, so check that you are cancelling the intended brand and review the displayed end date.

Publishing and troubleshooting

What are the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube posting limits?

Socrazi’s Starter and Growth plans have no monthly scheduled-post quota. Platform upload limits, API rate limits, account eligibility, and media requirements still apply. Socrazi does not promise a fixed daily allowance such as ten TikTok posts, or a universal midnight reset, across connected accounts.

What if I hit a limit or need to publish more?

Check which platform and account the error concerns, then follow any waiting period or corrective action it gives. If you reached a connected-account allowance, review your Socrazi plan. Upgrading Socrazi does not override a social network’s limits. Adjust your schedule or contact Support rather than creating extra accounts to bypass a restriction.

Does Socrazi offer TikTok Post to Inbox?

Socrazi’s current TikTok publishing flow uses Direct Post. It does not offer a Post to Inbox warm-up workflow. If you need editing features available only inside TikTok, use TikTok’s own publishing flow. Socrazi’s Inbox for comments is a separate feature.

What should I do if a post fails?

Open the post from Calendar and review the result and error for each account. Reconnect an account in Settings → Integrations if authorization needs attention, or fix media that does not meet the destination’s requirements. Check the social account before posting again so you do not duplicate a successful publication. If the problem continues, send the visible error to Support.

How do I get support or share feedback?

Open your profile menu in Socrazi and choose Support or Give feedback. Include the platform, affected post, time, and visible error when reporting a problem. You do not need to share passwords or access tokens.

Still need a hand?

Open your profile menu in Socrazi and choose Support. Include the platform, the affected post, and the error you see so we can help you troubleshoot.
