A post that failed to publish and a published post with few views can look like the same problem from a distance. Start by finding out which one you have. That determines whether to fix an account connection, adjust the media, or review the content.
Find the result for each destination
Open the post from Socrazi’s Calendar and check the status for each selected account. A post can succeed on one network and fail on another. Record the platform, account name, time, and visible error before changing anything.
Open the social account itself as well. If the post is already there, confirm its visibility and whether the platform is still processing it. If Socrazi and the platform disagree, resolve that uncertainty before creating another copy.
If publishing failed, follow the actual error
For an authorization issue, open Settings → Integrations and reconnect the affected account with the necessary permissions. For a media error, check the file type, dimensions, duration, and number of attachments against the requirements shown for that destination.
If the error concerns a platform rate or upload limit, follow the platform’s instructions and any waiting period provided. A Socrazi plan upgrade cannot remove a network’s restriction. After correcting the cause, review the affected destination before scheduling again.
- Confirm that you selected the intended profile, page, or channel.
- Check the status of every destination, including successful ones.
- Verify the native account before retrying an uncertain outcome.
- Send the visible error to Support if the cause is still unclear.
If the post is live, check visibility and account notices
Low views alone do not tell you whether an account is restricted. Check privacy settings, review or processing notices, and recommendation eligibility in the platform’s own tools. Socrazi cannot infer a restriction from a view count or remove a platform decision.
TikTok explains that recommendation eligibility and viewer interactions affect what appears in its feeds. Your own scrolling history helps personalize what you see; it should not be treated as a guaranteed way to increase distribution for your posts.
Make the next content test specific
Once publication and visibility are confirmed, choose one thing to improve: make the opening more concrete, show the result earlier, or reduce the amount of text on the first slide. Compare several posts aimed at the same audience before deciding a format does not work.
Use the metrics available in Socrazi’s Analytics and look at native platform analytics for more detail. Compare posts of similar age and format. Neither 500 views nor 1,000 views is a universal sign that an account is healthy, and no scrolling routine guarantees recovery.
YouTube says publishing time is not known to affect long-term video performance. Treat timing as a test, not a cure for every low-view post.
Give Support enough context to help
Open Support from your Socrazi profile menu and include the affected post, destination, approximate time, and visible error. Say whether you found the post on the social account. This helps distinguish a connection issue, a media issue, and an uncertain publishing result.
Keep passwords and access tokens out of the report. For content restrictions imposed by a social platform, use that platform’s review or appeal process where available.
